Introduction: Saving Lives! Emergency Care Training is an Authorized American Heart Association Training Site. We believe in order to be the BEST you should be trained by the BEST. With our company you will be trained by the same instructors who train the heroes of the NYC Emergency Services. We offer Heartsaver CPR, First Aid, BLS for the Healthcare Provider, ACLS and PALS. Already an experienced provider? We also offer instructor programs in all disciplines. Our company provides on-site training for classes of all sizes and same day certification. We offer competitive pricing and discounts for larger classes.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard price list for all of courses offered but we do offer discounted rates for larger class sizes as well as a discount for first time customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Saving Lives! welcomes the opportunity to work with all of those in need of CPR and First Aid training as well as advanced certifications like ACLS, PEARS, and PALS. We take the time to listen to what the customer needs and we recommend the best course we believe will meet the customers needs. Being an on-site training service it allows much more flexibility to meet the customer scheduling needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our instructors are Paramedics, EMT's, and nurses currently working in the emergency medical field. Most of our instructor staff are also on staff as instructors at the FDNY EMS Academy and or/ actively working in the 911 system. All of our staff are American Heart Association certified instructors and well as most are New York State Instructors teaching both EMT and paramedic level courses. Our staff boasts a combined over 200 years of life saving experience. We believe that offering our customers the most experienced instructors will give our customers the most well rounded educational experience possible.
