Introduction: For me, the photo shoot is just the beginning of the process. Afterwards I'll spend hours in post-processing, perfecting the light and color, perhaps retouching skin or removing distractions from the background, creating black and white, sepia, or light-color versions of photos. Each photo is it's own individual work of art.
My favorite part of the job is when my clients tell me, "This is the best photo I've ever had of myself!" I think most people feel they are not photogenic, and I love to prove them wrong.

We used Tammie Bowden to photograph our young son during a family gathering. She was GREAT with the kids and the photos are the best professional shots we've had. She's very personable and makes everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. She also works quickly and efficiently (a benefit with kids!). We'll definitely use her again and I recommend her to everyone.

Tammie is not just an incredibly talented photographer, she is also one of the nicest people I've ever met. She was able to put my daughter at ease so her pictures were more natural and not the boring every day staged shots. She really went above and beyond for my daughters senior portraits and delivered absolutely incredible photos. Tammie is a lot of fun to work with and makes the whole experience really easy and carefree. I would highly recommend Tammie Bowden Photography for all your photography needs.

I had a wonderful experience with Tammie! I wanted to do a boudoir photo session and having never done it before I was a little nervous! Tammie made me feel SO comfortable and she was super easy to work with. I've also seen her other work for engagements, family photos etc. and I would recommend her for ANY photography opportunities.
