Ken came at the agreed time, but he just didn’t give me a quote he said my job would cost about 10,000. Really? I did express my interest in installing a wood burning insert in my fire box. He told me he didn’t think it was possible. That assured me that I would not want to hire him to work on my chimney . I must be honest he is a very pleasant guy very well spoken.

Ken came to provide an estimate, and kept criticizing my chosen material for the project. He gave me a quote, and we agreed to the job. Then, at the last minute he said he wouldn’t do the job because he didn’t like the look of the material I chose, and tried to pressure me to change my mind. It’s not that he had any practical concern with the material, just did not like the aesthetic. In my experience, Ken was rude, immature, and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Told me he would be over between 12-3. At 4 he didn’t show up. I called. He asked to come over tomorrow I said I needed and exact time not a 4 hr window he passed on the project. Totally unprofessional.
