Julie does a great job on her renovations and works hard to make the house perfect!May 25, 2018
My spouse and I are first time home buyers and Julie has gone tirelessly above and beyond the typical experience to help us find a home. Our situation is by no means typical; and together we have experienced some absolutely bizarre situations, but she has matched this challenge with equal measure at every step of the journey.May 15, 2018
I have known Julie for quite a number of years. I am impressed by her dedication and commitment to any endeavor that she takes on. Julie loves people and always engages others with a smile.Mar 28, 2015

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? If you are a Buyer, it is typical that the Seller pays the Realtor commission fee, or at least a greater portion of it, unless negotiated otherwise. So there should be no or little cost to you, the Buyer. It is difficult to provide an accurate value for Sellers or quote for Staging without seeing the space and knowing the specifics as to what the Clients' need are, as no Client or home is the same. The criteria in the size of the home, the layout, the condition and the location always play a factor. As well as how much of the home is asked to be addressed. In addition, the market changes continually, making what we can do in certain areas trickier than others. However, we are happy to come out to see any property, run an estimate and meet again to discuss the homeowners' or home buyers options. From the initial consultation, the Client will be provided with an estimate as to the value of the home, as well as a written estimate of repairs or organization needed; including measurements, should a Client Seller need Staging. In either instance, a verbal design plan will be provided for each space as well. NOTE * there is a small fee for the consultation, but such will be waived should you choose to retain our services. Thank you!

- How did you get started doing this type of work?As a Paralegal for 16 years, I had a creative spirit that wasn't tapped into, except for designing my own spaces. I was often asked to help others in their space and praised for my own spaces over the years and never really gave it much thought. Until one day, a highly respected photographer said to me, "You've done an incredible job on this space. You should do this for a living." That is when the wheels started turning. The next time I heard a commercial for a 'flipping' career seminar, I took the plunge.
