$85. per hour minimum. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When starting a new job its very important to get as much information as possible about the project. This may include detailed photos of the project. Once the initial information is gathered a estimate can be given or a onsite estimate may have to be scheduled. Once a quote is agreed upon a 50% down payment will be negotiated with the balance paid in full upon completion. We operate with a " One job at time " philosophy, this eliminates drawn out lengths of time on a numerous jobs to ensure the quickest completion times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years experience on furnace crews and operations in ferrous and non ferrous steel and aluminum foundries. Welding Technical School Graduate. 15 years experience welding in the following fields including but not limited to: High end customs Heavy Equipment Production Research and Development Projects Industrial Specialty Currently Certified in the following: OSHA-10 MSHA-46 Welding in Confined Spaces ANSI Z 49 Expired Certifications from previous clients: FCAW-ANSI MCAW/ S-AWS-D1.1-In house test passed. MIL-STD-1946A (MR) In house test passed for Private Contractor, Spray Arc Ballistic Aluminum Alloy Armor Plate. Skilled and knowledgeable in the following procedures: FCAW/S/P MCAW/S/P GMAW/S/P GTAW/P SMAW Sanitary and Purge Welding Structural Welding Pressure Systems and Pipe Domestic and Exotic Alloys and Gases
