- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our services are customizable, but we do have a general break down of some services, and the costs that go with them. - Visits - 15 min - $12 , 30 min - $16 , 45 min - $20 , 1 hr - $24 - Park Outtings / Play Groups - 30 min - $18 , 45 min - $22 , 1 hr - $26 - Full Day Packages - First seen between 7-8am, last seen between 9-10pm, and two visits during the day. - Basic Care $48/day 2 hrs of time every day 4, 30 min visits - Premium Care $65/Day 3 hrs of time, in 4 visits 4, 45 min visits or 2 30 min (am & pm) and 2, 1 hr during the day
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a free consultation, where two of our employees will come to the client's home. We do this so we can interact with your dog / dogs in their own homes, and allow the parents to see how well their loved one interacts with their new friends (us). We will ask general questions about the dog's background, medications, feeding habits, allergies, etc. Then confirm what times and days the services will be needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Upon graduation from Suny Geneseo, Teresa (the owner) started working as a receptionist at a local dog groomers. She went on to manage the grooming salon and also worked in a boarding facility with both healthy and post-surgical dogs. We also have another employee who was previously a manager at the same boarding facility Teresa worked at.
