Introduction: I am versatile meaning I have a background in personal training kids, adults and the elderly. Plus I have a license for Pilates/hula hooper and I am a raw vegan chef. I can provide recipes and meal planning options for clients who are interested in this lifestyle or paleo. I won the silver medal in the 2016 USA Weightlifting Masters Nationals. I provide programs for beginner lifters in Olympic weightlifting. I enjoy helping people get into shape and seeing their progress.

Working out can be difficult, boring and repetitive. When working out alone it is so easy to stop. Ramona constantly pushes you to do more, to additional weights to your workout. Ramon's knowledge of the how your body reacts to workouts is tremendous. She is constantly teaching you what muscles you are working on. In short she is great!

I have been working out with Ramona for 2 summers now. She is very dedicated and provides the push I don't get when working out alone. We do change up our work outside but she's been a crucial part of increasing get my strength training. She's also there to get me to really challenge myself. Though I'm not vegan, she still offers advice on what to eat and when to keep my body in top shape. We meet mostly on weekends and I plan on getting myself to commit to more time working out.
