- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Intake information: I ask tons of questions! I want to know medical history, etc. But first I say, what hurts? I want to know any and all issues you may be having. So I can try to fix them all! I also give homework. Such as, rest, heat, stretching etc. Look, I’m not here to just take your money and run! I want to fix the issue!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From 2012 til 2014 I attended New York College for Health Professions, where I earned my Associates in Occupational Studies. While there, I tried to take all the electives that would enable me to provide the best treatments; deep tissue, reflexology, trigger point therapy, etc to name a few.
