Alaina is spectacular. Not only is she an excellent massage therapist but she listens and delivers exactly what you need and targets problem areas specifically. As busy as she is she always finds time. My schedule is crazy busy and all the other places never had any time when I needed a massage and she always finds a way to get you in. I pray everyone use her, she is by far THE best. God bless your practice Alaina...Aug 5, 2019

Wow. Alaina is amazing. She is personable knowledgeable and LISTENS to your concerns. She focused on all our problem areas besides giving the best massage I have ever had. She came fully prepared and I had to do nothing except enjoy the experience. I’m writing this review the morning after and I haven’t felt this good in months. Thank you Alaina.Jul 31, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I think it’s fair for both parties. I do offer specials at my location. You can see some of them in the photo section of my profile! Check them out!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Intake information: I ask tons of questions! I want to know medical history, etc. But first I say, what hurts? I want to know any and all issues you may be having. So I can try to fix them all! I also give homework. Such as, rest, heat, stretching etc. Look, I’m not here to just take your money and run! I want to fix the issue!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? From 2012 til 2014 I attended New York College for Health Professions, where I earned my Associates in Occupational Studies. While there, I tried to take all the electives that would enable me to provide the best treatments; deep tissue, reflexology, trigger point therapy, etc to name a few. As a LMT in New York State we are required to take continuing education credits. I just completed 24 credits in prenatal,
