I have an older computer that doesn't have a wi-fi card installed (make that a very old computer) and I wanted to make it wi-fi ready. I tried to use an adapter but couldn't get it to function. Nick got to work on the problem and did a fantastic job fixing it! He first cleared up any issues that were impacting the performance of my computer, then got the adapter set up so that I now finally have the internet! (It was ruining my eyes doing research on my phone!) He was very accommodating by coming to my home, flexible as to scheduling, and arrived when he said he would. He will also follow up with me to relay some information unrelated to my wi-fi issue as well as take care of any related issues that might come up. I am extremely satisfied with Nick's work and would definitely use Roberts Consulting and Computer Repair in the future!
