Excellent service. Professional and courteous. They came to our house, measured the space, and explained how the tent would be secured to our deck. The tent was exactly like those used at events like weddings. We were more than satisfied and would highly recommend their services.

Great experience with Long Island Canopy! I discovered them on Thumbtack while planning an event for a client. Not only was Thomas helpful and informative, his response time was unmatched. He offered great advice and was very easy to work with. The rentals arrived even earlier than scheduled which was amazing as this gave us more time to prep, the tables and chairs were in great condition and priced well. The delivery guys were very friendly as well as professional. The communication was great and they picked up as planned. Highly recommended for your rental needs!!

LI Canopy came the day before our big party and they were very professional, courteous, friendly and accommodating. They had to move the tent a few times until it was just right. They did it with no problem or complaints. The customer service at LI Canopy was excellent...we had one very, very small issue and it was taken care of within 5 minutes...I was impressed!
They were on time, quality was great, my guests were very surprised and by the end of the night, ppl were asking about the company's name and number!
I highly recommend this company!
