Before I hired Jaisen I gave one other personal trainer the opportunity to work with myself and potentially my coworkers. My conclusion is that all personal trainers are definitely not created equal! Jaisen's training style is highly adaptive to your environment, current fitness level and existing limitations. You can clearly see he puts a great deal of thought into his sessions. He's sharp, quick on his feet, and able to roll with the limitations a session with a client may produce. Like so many of his clients who've already left spectatcular reviews, I'll just keep it simple and say he kicks a##!, and that I'm very impressed with the guy!

I love working with Charles. He has always been motivating and apparently driven by a love for health and fitness. Willing to go beyond obligations and willing to help with excercises and additional aid even if not during a training sessions. I know i can reach out to him any time and even get messages from him to see how ive been. Sometimes if even to help keep me accountable.
During the third year I was training with Rhonda, I underwent a joint resection in my shoulder. As an adjunct to the physical therapy I needed, I continued to work with Rhonda, albeit on a slightly modified schedule. During that time, she helped me stay on track with the cardio and other strength training we had been focusing on, while still protecting the shoulder while I regained my full pre-surgery range of motion. Another client of hers and I nicknamed her the "the serial abs killer" while we were comparing notes after our respective training sessions. Rhonda is a very caring professional who always encourages her clients to be the best they can be. She possesses a wonderful skill of identifying weaknesses and then finding multiple ways (some even fun) of addressing and overcoming them.
At first I was hesitant to contact a trainer, but after meeting and training with Workout Anywhere; Not only have lost weight and kept it off, but I also look forward to my workouts for the first time in my life. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Serge is a highly qualified, highly motivated combat and conditioning coach. He possess outstanding knowledge across martial arts and combat disciplines as well as physical training acumen. Over the years he has demonstrated that he is willing to push me as far as I am willing to go, then take me past that point when ready. In addition, he is extremely flexible, willing to train anytime of the day or night. The only thing he doesn't tolerate are those who go through the motions. Irrespective of your skill set or athletic ability - he will rise to the occasion if you are willing to put the time and effort in. Great trainer.
Carlos is the secret, the real deal. At first I was hesitant about paying for a trainer. I thought I knew it all about exercise being fairly athletic. I also thought that only celebrities had personal trainers and paid dearly for them until I met Carlos. I didnt just get a fitness trainer I have an accessible counselor that guides me in exercise, nutrition, and everyday conditioning. When I travel he sends me exercise regimes for the hotel gym and constantly advises me on dieting and working out. As far as results: Ive lost 52 lbs. and have great energy. Carlos is the real deal. If you dont believe it, just ask me.
If you want to see real results from training, Coach Evis is definitely the person to go to. I used to windowshop as cardio and he showed me there's so much more I could achieve he's awesome
Mackens is a great, personable trainer. I never did anything other than cardio at the gym. Mackens worked with me, conditioning me and training me to lift weights. He is an excellent instructor, teaching me proper form and technique. Mackens is supportive and an great motivator. Working with Mackens, I have lost over 20 pounds and am much stronger than ever.
Judy is a true professional in every sense of the word. She has a ton of expertise in physical fitness and training, and is always able to answer my questions completely and clearly. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she's also is a wonderfully friendly, kind, and encouraging trainer. I appreciate that she guides me through the session using clear, precise language while maintaining a supportive and positive vibe. She thoughtfully custom-tailors and plans my workouts in order to help me meet my stated goals, and at the same time she is flexible, as she is both capable and willing to alter the workout “off-the-cuff” as need be if I arrive at a session with a particular ache, pain, or limitation. I have made so much progress under her guidance and have become more confident to work out independently since starting training with her. I would highly recommend Judy to any of my friends or family members seeking a trainer!
Training at NBI fitness with Gilbert has been a remarkable experience. He listens to your goal settings & customizes a specific workout criteria based on your goals, abilities and timing. I have been training with him for only 3 weeks and we had a very aggressive plan based on an upcoming event I have in a couple of months. I have dropped 15lbs already thru diet, discipline and exercise in less than a month. I couldn't have done it without his training. If you are looking for results , I would highly recommend. Beth
After training witb Brenda for about 4 months I have noticed significant results. Brenda always makes sure to mix up the workouts and always makes sure I get a full body workout. She pushes me to always make the best of every session. Not only is she a great trainer, but she is punctual, professional and flexible.
Ed is the man! What else can I say? My wife and I were looking for a trainer who could address our personal fitness goals leading up to our wedding. With a 3-month window, Ed was able to evaluate each of our individual needs effectively and construct workout programs that he trained us on, simultaneously. We are extremely pleased with our results. Ed's program not only helped us reach our goal, but has really set us up for long term success with our physical fitness. We'll be continuing our training with him for a while I think.
I had two separate 25 training session packages with Trainer Chris Langsdorf and I loved every bit of it. Saw legitimate results right away and always pushed me to take my work outs further and kept me motivated through each session. I also learned a bunch of new exercises I didn't know and wouldn't normally have done. To top it off, in between sets, we laughed, traded jokes, talked life - I got not only a trainer, but a friend out of it too.
Marvin makes very good training programs that are customized to your goals - I have a great experience thus far and am already seeing some progress after only a month!
Gary is a highly experienced professional trainer, full of knowledge on the correct ways to encourage and help people to do the best they can. He has made a positive impact on my training. Gary will push you further than you thought possible through encouragement and positive feedback. Having had several trainers in the past, I can say definitely that Jeremy is an exceptionally skilled and effective trainer and demonstrates skills that other trainers just do not possess. Jeremy has great interpersonal and customer service skills and is a delight to work with. What really sets him apart, is his intricate knowledge of the mechanics of the human body and to intervene to achieve optimal functioning. Jeremy is perhaps as or more skilled than the physical therapists with which I have worked. He is constantly attentive to posture, subtle mechanics, balance, and monitors the effectiveness of mechanics (not just brute strength). Jeremy is excellent for any level of fitness or experience. I am a life long athlete that is recovering from severe illness and muscle atrophy. My partner is over 65 and previous hated exercise. In a short period of time, Jeremy has made tremendous positive impact in our physical (and mental) health and fitness. I recommend him with incredible enthusiasm.
When I first met Erika, I had just set out to attempt my first ever sprint triathlon. Up to that point, I had been exercising on my own and lost over 100 lbs. I still needed lots of training and only 8 weeks until the race. What Erika then did for me was above and beyond what I could have done on my own. We began training; building powerful muscles and developing balance and stability. She even helped with nutrition planning and recovery tips. I completed my first sprint triathlon but felt my result was lackluster. For a first timer, this was normal. The next day I quickly signed up for another sprint triathlon for that summer. Once we began training for that, Erika amazed me yet again. The training sessions became much more intense. She provided solid motivation to keep up my mental strength. We built lots of explosive muscle and incredible cardio stamina. I finished the 2nd triathlon in the top 50% overall. It felt amazing. The training also translated well in my other hobby, soccer. The results were very real.
Lauren is an awesome trainer to work with! I look forward to our twice-weekly sessions and get really upset when I have to miss one. My favorite thing about Lauren is that she is really mindful of people's struggles and insecurities while training. For example, one of my biggest problems training-wise is being injury prone after 2 decades of high-level sports that have wreaked havoc on my body. Lauren is wonderful about helping me work around my injuries and keeping me fit and strong despite them. I have been working back from a rotator cuff injury and recently regained full mobility in the shoulder again. Despite the limitations of my injury Lauren has helped me work around them and develop some killer abs while I waited for it to heal! She has a holistic approach to health/fitness that includes nutrition advice and occasional monitoring (if you need it)! She has spent a lot of time outside of our normal training hours helping me find protein sources to balance my diet while avoiding some of the less healthy options out there (I have a nut allergy that makes getting sufficient protein in my diet more difficult). I really love working with her and would highly recommend training with her. Even if you are nervous due to injury, dietary struggles, or just generally fear the gym you should really give it a try...it's so much better when you have someone cheering you on!
I couldn't have picked a better coach to support me through my transformational journey. Alex has made himself available to me, tweaking his approach to meet my needs. A unique combination of stretching, cardio, strength training and meditation have helped me transform my body and mind.
