- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer our residential and commercial clients different plans to choose from that best fits their needs in accordance with the management plan for the property. We base our management fee as a percentage (%) of the base monthly rent and is further discounted for investors with multiple properties. Our pricing model is straightforward with no hidden fees beyond what is originally quoted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first step in our process is to have an introductory conversation by phone so we can learn about your property management needs. You will also have an opportunity to ask questions to get to know us better. Our goal is to help you maximize the value your property!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a licensed realtor in the state of New York and New Jersey. I have also managed a small portfolio for family members throughout the past years. So my experience has been hands on.
