- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Not complicated at all. Usually we can agree on a specific percentage of the annual rent roll or a specific dollar amount to get things started. The Owner of the property pays for all maintenance and repairs based upon the cost of materials and labor unless paid for by the tenant.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Masters Degree in Management and I am always online seeking out new means and methods of efficiency and staying current on most important matters.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Years ago I was in mortgage banking and real estate and knew of a few investors. Later on I had a small contracting company that rehabbed foreclosures and resold them.
