Sifu saved my life, many times over ... It wasn't always in quite the way I expected, but quite literally, if he wasn't there at the certain times, I'm not sure how things would have turned out for me.

Not only did I learn self-defense, but I studied Taoism and Buddhism - which changed my life forever. And truly answered the questions I always had about life and the journey we are on.
