Before I hired Jaisen I gave one other personal trainer the opportunity to work with myself and potentially my coworkers. My conclusion is that all personal trainers are definitely not created equal! Jaisen's training style is highly adaptive to your environment, current fitness level and existing limitations. You can clearly see he puts a great deal of thought into his sessions. He's sharp, quick on his feet, and able to roll with the limitations a session with a client may produce. Like so many of his clients who've already left spectatcular reviews, I'll just keep it simple and say he kicks a##!, and that I'm very impressed with the guy!
Dewayne is an excellent personal trainer! I was looking for a personal trainer, and after looking through a lot of trainer's profiles I decided to move forward with Dewayne. His training style is unlike anyone I have ever worked with before. He pushes me to work as hard as I can during the workout. Dewayne really understands what he is doing. I promise if you work hard and put forth the effort with Dewayne you will see results. I know I have in only a few weeks! :)
I'm 2 sessions in, but training with Di McXprience has been fantastic so far. Greg is a skilled professional and has introduced a lot of new techniques that push you to the limit. I look forward to seeing great results in the coming months!
During the third year I was training with Rhonda, I underwent a joint resection in my shoulder. As an adjunct to the physical therapy I needed, I continued to work with Rhonda, albeit on a slightly modified schedule. During that time, she helped me stay on track with the cardio and other strength training we had been focusing on, while still protecting the shoulder while I regained my full pre-surgery range of motion. Another client of hers and I nicknamed her the "the serial abs killer" while we were comparing notes after our respective training sessions. Rhonda is a very caring professional who always encourages her clients to be the best they can be. She possesses a wonderful skill of identifying weaknesses and then finding multiple ways (some even fun) of addressing and overcoming them.
I've been training with Charles for about 2 months. He's super reliable and is a great motivator. Anytime I'm doing something wrong whether its the way I'm standing or doing an exercise he will point it out and let you know how to do it the right way. He'll also let you know if you do well and sends follow up texts the next day. Your training sessions will consist of workouts that focus on balance, agility, and gaining muscle. The workouts are intense, but you don't even notice sometimes because he always finds some way to distract you. I work out of my home and he brings all of his equipment over, my living room looks like a home gym because of all the awesome equipment he's brought over. Charles always makes sure to send workouts whenever we don't meet or if I'm away on business.
I have enjoyed training in Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 4 yrs now and Serge is one of those instructors I have a lot to thank for that. I have taken his classes as well as his one on one personal training sessions to work on advancing my skills in Jiu-Jitsu and Krav Maga. Serge is super skilled at addressing our needs and gearing our training to what most benefits our improvement. He is also very accommodating to schedule when training sessions are desired. Serge has a great rapport with his students and proves his skills by all the years of training in various martial arts. You won't be disappointed training with Serge. I guarantee it!
I have been training with Maik a little over 7 months now and it has been such a beneficial investment and experience. I had begun working out a few years prior and Maik has helped me get over a plateau and really make a change. He provides easy to follow plans, is always punctual and easy to reach if you have any questions. If you are looking to make a change, look no further!
Evis is great, he pushes you and is a great teacher. I look forward to my training sessions which I have never done before. Cedric's training methods are extremely effective and up to date. He helped with dietary questions and made the sessions enjoyable with his easy going personality. I strongly recommend Cedric as a trainer, as he thought clearly about my sport specific needs and tailored the session to them.
I bought a package of personal training sessions and it’s the best thing I’ve done in ages! I could never get those results on my own. I’ve really surprised myself at how far I’ve come and how much stronger and fitter I am in just a few weeks. I’ve been terrible at sticking to my diet and I’ve still lost inches and even better I feel so much firmer, more alert and healthier. I was planning on only doing a couple of weeks training before a holiday but I’m definitely going to keep going when I get back. I am usually a total cynic with this stuff but honestly, if you want to get fit, get in shape or just get stronger and healthier I couldn’t recommend this more.
Training at NBI fitness with Gilbert has been a remarkable experience. He listens to your goal settings & customizes a specific workout criteria based on your goals, abilities and timing. I have been training with him for only 3 weeks and we had a very aggressive plan based on an upcoming event I have in a couple of months. I have dropped 15lbs already thru diet, discipline and exercise in less than a month. I couldn't have done it without his training. If you are looking for results , I would highly recommend. Beth
I recently started training with Carlos and hes exceeded all my expectations. Ive been training for over 20 years and am in pretty good shape, but wanted to get my body to the next level. Since I never worked with a trainer before, I was not sure what to expect. Carlos is truly amazing and I mean it! He has a terrific demeanor, exceptional motivator, inspiring and has innovative approaches to driving results. In a short period of time, he has taught me creative methods to shocking my body. Additionally, he provides guidelines for clean eating along with a training regimen you can do when youre not with him, to keep the momentum going. I really believe what sets him apart from other trainers is that he genuinely cares During one of my workouts, I arrived on an empty stomach and immediately, he brought me a protein shake to ensure I was properly fueled up for a hardcore workout!! He wont EVER let you give up and does an excellent job at picking you up, when you are down. I would LOVE to train with him Forever & Ever, because, YES, hes that GOOD! After training witb Brenda for about 4 months I have noticed significant results. Brenda always makes sure to mix up the workouts and always makes sure I get a full body workout. She pushes me to always make the best of every session. Not only is she a great trainer, but she is punctual, professional and flexible.
Ed is a master of physiology and nutrition. He understands how the body works and needs to be fueled in order to stay fit. Each training session with Ed is different from the next and extremely valuable. Overall, he is passionate what he does and the results show!
I met Judy for our first one hour personal training session this week. Having a neck surgery in my history, and just being generally out of shape for many years, I couldn't be happier with her approach to the workout. She asked a lot of questions and is tailoring a program to my needs that I feel will not only be safe but effective. I've worked out every day since meeting with her and am totally inspired to get back into shape. She's even giving me advice on my diet. Judy has a great energy that is truly motivating and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Could not be with a more knowledgeable and experienced trainer. Liz is amazing with her level of training customized to each individual. She takes the time to go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and to make sure you are safe during workouts. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
I signed on with Will around the 7th of July and began regular training sessions with him on the 15th of that month. By the end of August (6 or 7 weeks later), I had lost 15 pounds and completely revamped my diet. Will's approach focused on 3 areas: what you eat, how you train while you're with him and how you train when you're not. I believe my sessions with Will were so successful because he refused to listen to excuses for why I hadn't been working or eating properly and because he constantly pushes you to go further and try harder than you think you can. After every session, my body was sore but I felt like I had accomplished something. I don't really have anything negative to say. The sessions aren't cheap but they are in line with what one pays elsewhere. Also, Will has a pretty mediocre taste in music but he makes up for it with his taste in television shows and movies. Overall, I'd definitely give him 5 out of 5 stars. There is no way that I would have been so successful in putting my health back on track without Will and I've already signed up for another set of sessions with him.

Being 63 years old, I was hesitant to join a gym and have a trainer. However, Angela put me at ease and has made me feel comfortable. Aside from the physical training, she also has provided valuable lifestyle changes. The gym setting is very professional with a friendly atmosphere.
