- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because our services are fully customizable, our clients almost never pay the same thing as each other (unless they take a set package) for our services. We carefully sit with each client, see exactly what's needed for their event and price accordingly. Our customization questionnaire on our website is a great place to start!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we hear from a potential client, we very rarely immediately ask directly about their event. Its important to us to learn why the client is looking for a planner before we can even determine how we can help. You will never see us immediately start quoting our services and packages because one size does NOT fit all - especially for wedding and other events. Once we understand our clients needs, then we set up an in-person consultation and review the event in more detail! The rest is usually history!
