I trained with Katie so that I could learn some new yoga moves and be a little more flexible. What I ended up with was a whole new appreciation for yoga, ballet and even fitness in general. Katie was sweet and understanding the two months we were training together. I'm not a very flexible guy and I wanted to get into yoga since it's a lot better than simple stretching. Two months later, I learned a lot more about yoga then I have ever could going to a yoga studio and I had a blast every single session we had. If you're looking for someone who's as proffesional and passionate with her crafts as she is sweet and understanding. Look no further. 😊
I had anterior and posterior cervical surgery two years ago and unfortunately I continued to have spasticity and balance issues.I was going to Physical Therapy regularly and not making a lot of progress. Nadia was recommended to me and she started to work with me twice a week doing yoga and exercising in the pool.I am gaining strength in my legs and my balance has improved.Nadia is so positive and encouraging and I am so happy that she is working with me.
She was most attentive to my form and was most encouraging. I thought she was a delight to work with on every level. I felt we had worked together for some time as everything flowed so smoothly. In reality it was just the first time. I totally enjoyed my yoga session and will continue to work with her.

I needed a trainer to help me get back into shape, tone up and strengthen my core and back. Being that I have back issues and sometimes continue to get spasms, I realized I needed someone who was certified, understanding, and would carefully consider a good beneficial workout while not getting injured in the process. Judy understands my needs and has been carefully selecting a good routine that I can handle that will bring forth the results I need. Her background, training and certification show me she strives to improve herself and she is genuinely interested in helping others improve in fitness. Smart, patient, strategic, and if you want to be pushed more she will do it without hurting you. She's a keeper!
Maria, I just wanted let you know how much i enjoy my Mondays and Wednesdays and you are a big part of that. I thoroughly enjoy the yoga sessions. I find myself making sure that i don't schedule anything on those evenings. The classes are excellent. I know the other ladies in the class feel the exact same way. Nicky was extremely attentive and intuitive when working with me and gauging the type of experience that would benefit me most. My level of yoga experience was that of a novice, yet she knew I could push harder and helped me to escape my comfort zone relatively seemlessly. It was awesome to be able to have her come into my home and work with me on my schedule. I definitely recommend her and her services!
I had the pleasure of taking a private yoga lesson with Jennifer. She's an amazing teacher. I was very impressed by her experience and knowledge about yoga. She made me feel very comfortable. At the end of the session I felt very relaxed. She taught me many poses to help with my back pain. I will be taking more sessions with her.
Great FUN Teacher and SOOO knowledgeable!! Tendinitis of the hamstring is not fun at all. Especially when it lasts 2 years. It limits your activities and weighs on you mentally like all physical ailments. After trying many rehabilitation therapies and exercises, I still had a lot of pain and limited range of motion in my leg. There are many great yoga teachers and trainers but some stand out above the rest. Alison is so knowledgeable in the world of yoga, but equally in rehabilitation and physical therapy. Her ability to diagnose, treat , and create specific exercises for an individuals case is top notch. Alison incorporates other exercises in addition to the practice of yoga as well as creating and teaching people to have a peaceful nurturing approach to exercise and fitness. Whatever you physical goals are, I highly recommend incorporating yoga and seeing Alison. For someone like myself who was badly injured and never did yoga before and doing it consistently within very little time I saw quick results and complete healing of injuries. Alison is the real deal, in addition to you other activities give Alison and yoga a try!!

Ellie's classes always left me feeling rejuvenated, confident, and serene. I would often enter class with a racing mind and tired body. By the time class was over, I observed a noticeable difference in my emotional and physical well-being. The yoga and meditation techniques I learned from Ellie have become part of my daily life. In addition to being an outstanding yoga teacher, Ellie is also a compassionate human being who cares about each of her students as individuals. I have been a yoga student in NYC for several years and Leigh is the first teacher that I have had who has been able to precisely target areas in my body that require more awareness from me during my yoga practice. With each lesson, Leigh, gives me more and more tools to continue to correct my bad habits that have formed over the years and create space and stability in each pose. Tools that I can take with me to other yoga classes and build into my home practice. Leigh is an incredibly dynamic teacher. She incorporates chanting and music into our practice and she has a wealth of knowledge of the Chinese meridian system as it connects to how we use our bodies. Leigh is truly a healer!
We had one in-home private yoga session with Stephanie which was a birthday gift for my husband who had never gone for a yoga class - he is now interested in taking more classes so that says it all!
Hope came the morning of my cousin’s wedding and did some relaxing yoga with a small group of us. She even gave us some breathing techniques to remember throughout the day. She was so professional and punctual and worked with us in a small Manhattan hotel room! She helped us to relax and bond and my cousin felt great afterward! Love Hope!
Kelly is amazing! On a whim I decided to try out yoga for my first time but wanted to go somewhere that I would feel comfortable and I am so happy I found Kelly. She is an amazing teacher who keeps the classes fun and fresh. She switches up each class and I always leave feeling so refreshed and relaxed. I would highly recommend!
