Introduction: LIVE 1 ON 1 REMOTE SESSIONS HAPPENING NOW! WORKOUT FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN SPACE! I like to approach health holistically and work with the total person. I appreciate that every client and their needs are unique and I tailor the workouts to each. The exercise routine and nutritional support I provide coupled with accountability and motivation are a sure way to success. I recognize the importance of time so I like to target your areas of concern with toning and strength training during either 30 or 60 minute sessions, at least twice a week via zoom. My goal is to have a positive impact, changing how people feel about themselves, their mindset and lifestyle so they can be the healthiest, happiest version of themselves. I am currently offering discounted remote FaceTime and Zoom sessions due to the pandemic

Jen is just the best thing that happened to me this year and during these stressful times. I was never good at keeping a study workout routine until I met Jen. She is very personable, flexible, fun and of course a great trainer! She is also my health coach; Jen follows up with me all the time even when I was overseas, to make sure I was getting my cardio a and sticking to my healthy diet. I could not have survived COVID confinement without Jen. Thanks a lot Jen!!

Jen has been an amazing trainer! It has been 6 weeks and I have more energy and am losing weight & getting healthier. Jen is supportive, positive, and holds me accountable....everything I need.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I offer 5 or 10 pack of 30 minute sessions. for a Limited time I am offering First Time clients a package deal (workout + nutrition) for 1 low cost.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Through a free phone consultation I get to know a bit about you. We go over things like goals, current nutrition and exercise, health concerns etc... I share a bit about myself and how i conduct my sessions/program. I we are a fit, I can then come up with a plan to target your specific goals/needs.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Over the years I have had much experience in varied exercise programs ranging from bootcamps to yoga. I have several teaching certificates and specializations and I am always looking to add more.
