Introduction: I teach people how to exercise safely and appropriately. Compared to their fitness ability and experience, we create a fitness program that places the client in the best possible position for success. I teach people a lot about nutrition including how to eat supportively and strategically to transform their bodies into leaner and healthier beings. I also teach mobility techniques to help people recover from exercise, help prevent injuries, and/or simply to help them move better.

I can't begin to describe how this place can change your life. I walked in the door nearly two years ago after a decade or more of off and on periods of "fitness." I did a thirty day trial, and really didn't think I would continue. I liked the place from the start, but was concerned about injury after all I had read about Crossfit on the Internet. Jason took time to talk to me about my concerns and really explained the philosophy to me. He assured me they were very focused on doing things properly and keeping the risk of injury low. Now approaching 2 years in, I am working out with even more intensity than when I started and have accomplished things I would have never dreamed of! I have never stuck with any workout program this long, and I actually miss it when I can't get there! No matter what your goals are- improved fitness, weight control, strength building, and more, they have it covered. Their programming is also suitable for all ages and ability levels. I am 46 years old with 2 previous back surgeries and they have made me feel better than I have in 20 years! Come and give them a try, I promise you will not regret it!

Drink the Kool-aid! It may be one of the best decisions you'll make... ever. You need to make your body, health, fitness, and overall happiness a priority and this is the place to do it. The coaches will teach you how to eat for long term health, move better for an enhanced life outside of the gym and to be the best "you" there is! I absolutely love Crossfit Intent and call it my second home. If you think Crossfit isn't for you, I challenge you to go in an meet the Coaches and give it a try. There are plenty of people who said the same thing, ready and willing to welcome you, cheer you on, and enjoy working out together.
