Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I have personally been in the shoes as someone who was overweight and looking for an answer to my problem. I have experienced the struggle of obtaining motivation. By becoming a personal trainer, I have instilled that motivation into my clients and have helped them achieve goals that they felt could have never been accomplished without guidance and someone pushing them in a positive direction. My passion for health and fitness shows throughout my entire life, not just in the gym. I want my clients to understand how much their lives can change. I love helping people. I always knew my entire life that whatever I did, I wanted to be hands on and helping people. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and so my passion isn't just helping people get into shape physically, but also mentally.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I start at 32 for a half hour if you are a member, and go up to 40 for non members. For an hour, I start at 65/hour.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Every two years to keep my certification up to date, I have to take certain tests for credentials towards my recertification.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I wish that customers knew that it isn't just about a certification. It's about understanding the people that you're training and understanding the mentality behind fitness and health. Not just bettering themselves physically, but mentally. Remaining positive and motivated is what will get you far.
