Introduction: As a health coach and personal trainer my goal is to empower my clients with strategies to make positive lifestyle change. It is not about me giving a list of things to do, but rather creating a partnership in which the client dictates how he or she wishes to accomplish an objective. My job is to come along side and encourage, challenge and motivate. This has been and will always be my passion. I have had the privilege of investing in hundreds of individuals throughout my career, guiding them towards better health.

I have worked with 3 personal trainers in the past 15 years. All three have been outstanding; however, Scott has kept me coming back for more! The workouts are tough - as they should be! They are always changing so I don't get bored with the same routine - as they should be! Ninety-nine percent of the time I leave the workout feeling well spent and thoroughly worked out. Plus - I have fun doing it as Scott is just a cool guy. He has a great sense of humor and that is definitely a part of the workout. Scott makes this process (I mean who really loves working out!) something I DO look forward to weekly. I must enjoy the experience as I am going on 3 years of working out with him! ;-)

My husband and I have been working regularly with Scott for a number of years now and can only rave about his work! Since we have the luxury of an exercise area/equipment in our home, Scott comes to us x2/week. He is incredibly reliable (hasn't missed a session in 4 years!), professional, enthusiastic and creative - maintaining our interest and continuing to challenge our physical abilities every week. We both feel 10 years younger than when we started and we are certainly never bored! I would recommend Scott to anyone looking to advance their fitness level within a supportive, encouraging environment. He is simply the best!

Scott is an amazing trainer in that he fully supports and is committed to you achieving your training goals. I have trained with other trainers and found him to be one of the best. He has heen outstanding in helping me recover from injuries while maintaining my fitness level as well as achieving my goal of completing a sprint tri. I highly recommend Scott.

I have been working out with him for over15 years. i still continue to more challenging workout but not at the cost of pain or injury because Scott is so knowledgable. He is excellent with both seniors as myself and high school students. He relates to people of all age groups very well. Give him a try you won't regret it.
