I called multiple times to confirm and never received a return call. They did not show up for cleaning services that were desperately needed for moving into a new home. Because your name is not listed, I'm unsure of who you are but I think I may know. We are a small business and our services are secured by deposits, this is something that we explain to all potential clients. If a deposit is not received, a service is not scheduled. It is my understanding that you were to to contact us a week before your preferred date to make a deposit but my notes indicate that that return call was not received. It is truly regrettable that there was a misunderstanding in that you thought your service was secured but as explained, if a deposit is not received, a service is not scheduled. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our quotes are given on an individual, client-specific basis. Rather than price per hour or per square footage, we price per room serviced and take into account other factors as well. A high standard is maintained and our prices are reflective of that. We offer a thumbtack discount of $25 on cleanings and attempts are made to make services affordable without diminishing the high-quality of our services.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Common jobs for us are residential deep cleaning projects, organization overhauls and ongoing education-based childcare with a focus on special needs facilitation.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?We recently provided our first charity cleaning for a cancer patient! Everyone was so excited to assist this lady because she really needed the help and was just a true delight to be around! I am so proud that we had this opportunity to shine happiness into someones life and leave her with a bright sparkling home.
