We used Anthony, the owner of Dependable Carpet Cleaning to clean our air ducts and also to clean tile and grout in a house we just bought. This young man is so thorough; he is friendly, dependable and prompt. He also is very knowledgable about his cleaning services! While he was there, I had a consultant from Sherwin Williams over. I have tried other cleaning services and so often felt I didn't get my money's worth. Booking Maid Easy has changed that. I've had 3 different girls come to my house, bring their own supplies and equipment, and do a great job. I have gone to once a month cleaning and now have the same cleaner. All of them have been prompt, professional, honest, thorough and consistent in their work. I like that they are confident enough to ask me to look around and let them know if they missed anything. If I have an extra task---like vacuuming my kitchen window treatment or the exhaust fan in the bathroom--they are always cheerfully willing to do it! I really appreciate that my payment happens on-line and that communication with the company through email is quick and efficient! If I could give 6 stars, I would!

I had a casement window set that had been painted shut by the previous owner and would not close properly once opened. Also, the wooden sill had been warped over time due to weather & lack of use. Ace worked on the windows and was able to get them both to not only close properly but also to function well. He took the time to make sure that the work was done to our satisfaction.
