Working with Brian was a very rewarding and easy experience. I am a very active individual, and he listened to personal goals I had set already and helped me set some more. Then we created a path together in achieving those goals without going on a crazy diet or changing the way I live. Brian helped with minor tweaks to my diet here and there and helped train me on what to look for and what to avoid on nutrition labels. I would definitely recommend Brian for anyone trying to take a better hold of their general nutrition, whatever physical condition you may be in right now.

Brian saved my life. I was 5’9”, 312lbs, and I was miserable. I was genuinely desperate to make a lifestyle change. I reached out to Brian and he said, “I can help with that”. Brian is fantastic to work with! He has a holistic approach, non-stop energy and is extremely focused on raising your floor and ceiling with a shift in lifestyle more so than a focus on whatever the latest fad diet is. Brian helped me tackle something that has felt overwhelming for pretty much my entire life - what do I eat and how do I stay full? There were some big shifts made that are not rocket science but helped me lose 10+ pounds in the time that I worked with him (a 3 month stretch). My energy level and quality of sleep improved greatly with his coaching. Perhaps most importantly, I've been heavy sets for years with significant shin splints when I engage in cardio that is higher pace than walking. That just isn't an issue anymore! Most importantly, Brian is straight forward and helped me avoid spiraling. A great example was when I injured myself from over-exertion (embarassingly, too much walking too soon after being idle for a long period of time). He pulled me out of feeling sorry for myself very quickly with prescriptive switches and made me focus on other items (diet, mobility) that have permanently changed how I approach exercise. The three biggest things I learned from him, through action and consistent coaching: No shortcuts. Have a plan, work the plan. Stay steady and disciplined. And always celebrate the wins. Brian's coaching is exactly what I needed to turn the tide on 5+ years of poor personal management and I'm back on track to getting healthier!

Before I met Brian, I was having severe stomach issues that had me visiting the doctor's office about once a month. Once I even had to go to the hospital because of debilitating stomach pain. Despite these issues I still enjoyed excercise and was beginning to participate in Triathlons. Unfortunately the stomach problems were prehibiting me from training regularly, so I decided to take my diet and nutrition more seriously and hired Brian. From the very first call he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. By the end of that call we had put together a very simple and easy to commit to meal plan. After one week of following Brian's plan, my stomach pains and cramps receded and I was able to hit all of my workouts with good energy. After 5 weeks I was able to put on muscle and even PB'd in a triathlon by 20 mins. I would highly recommend Brian for his follow through and flexibility that would allow him to address any dietary restrictions as well as being able to work around a busy schedule.
