- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I calculate my price based on time to shoot, and time to edit. If my initial price is too high, I am willing to negotiate a price that works within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to make this process as stress free as possible. While some people may have a good understanding of video production, most do not. I will take care of all the fine details, and make sure you understand the game plan. I like to have a face to face or phone call meeting so I know what it is you are looking for. I will then write a contract and send it to you. I will contact you the week of your event for any last second changes. Of course, you are welcome to reach out with any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in video production. While in school I also took graphic design and photography classes as well. I attended the New York Film Academy, and am always perfecting my craft.
