I've worked with Aaron on various occasions and all of them have been a great experience. I'm an ectomorph who struggled for years being extremely thin and in horribly weak shape.
At 25 years old I was 5'11" 126 lbs and ate a horrible diet. I was lethargic all the time, was in constant pain in my joints, and had lingering back pain that I couldn't seem to get rid of.
When working with Aaron one of the first things he coached me on was eating a more balanced diet that would pertain to my needs of gaining quality muscle and to feed my body with the nutrients I needed to make the progress that I was looking for. He then guided me through workouts emphasizing proper form and technique for maximum results that pertained to my particular needs.
On top of the tips on dieting and finding a good routine for me, one of the most exciting benefits I've learned from Aaron about proper exercise that's complimented by a good self massage routine, is my lack of back pain anymore. Being an avid golfer I would be tight and in pain a few months out of the year. But through Aaron showing me self massaging techniques I have managed to keep a good, strong, solid, and balanced core to keep me enjoying golf as much as I'd like without the constant annoyance of never ending back tightness.
After using a few trainers in my past it was nice to finally find a knowledgeable, non pushy, enthusiastic trainer who truthfully is interested in helping people be healthier and live a better quality of life. Would highly recommend to anyone.
