FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $75 - $100 per session for ADULTS and $50 - $75 for Youth. The use of horses would be a different price range, covering expenses outside traditional coaching space. This would be $150 per session with equine facilitation. A session is not strictly limited by the hour but the time spent together and this can be up to an hour and a half. Assessment tools or inventories and diagnostics are a separate expense and are not included in the coaching fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe in FIT. Ideally, I would ask a potential client about expectations and goals. Specifically, how does he/she visualize herself after the coaching sessions? What concrete changes and tangible differences does he/she walk away with? This first meet and greet is crucial to the mutual success of the coaching endeavor. An evaluation and goal identification would be the first step, followed by bi-weekly meetings to try out strategies in addressing goals and see what works well, amplifying them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and a Masters in Positive Organizational Development. I have also received training in Equine Facilitation as an option for my clients who are open to exploring coaching within horse space. Each individual is unique and I carry with me a variety of methods from traditional dialogues and assessment tools, to nature and art based strategies, all of which collectively utilize genuine listening, an authentic energy, coaching with compassion and a positive approach, recognizing each individual's own pace.
