We did a budior shoot with Rick and it was an amazing experience. He’s a very comfortable and professional photographer to do this type of shoot with. He also had a great eye and knows what look good. The photos look so amazing that I don’t even think we’ll need much editing. We’d definitely hire him again! Highly recommend!May 24, 2018Verified
Very prompt, efficient and very reasonable prices! He was even close enough that he picked up and delivered!!! Very nice man and would highly recommend him and his services. Also, very trustworthy!May 10, 2018Verified
Richard exceeded my expectations. This project was to transfer a VHS tape of my last band to DVD. I needed just a simple label but Richard grabbed our logo, album title and the awards show name. He went above and beyond with that and turned the project around in a couple of days. This is a TEN STAR review. He'll be my first call for my next project. GJ HangartnerMar 28, 2018Verified
I am extremely satisfied with his work. Richard scanned and touched up multiple old negative film images. He was very professional. He gave me frequent updates on the work, and requested feedback to help ensure that his work was what I wanted. I would strongly recommend him to others.Oct 5, 2017

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Less is more. I try to keep it simple. Before knowing all the details, I use an hourly rate and after I know all the details we can negotiate a flat rate if the client would prefer that. For conversion of videos from tape to digital files and/or DVDs, I have a sliding scale depending on the volume. Ask me for details if interested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Discussion with the customer to learn the details of the project to be done and working with them together to make sure that their expectations are realistic and achievable and that they are met and even exceeded. Educate the client on the process and involve them as much as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I keep in touch with others still in the broadcast and corporate video and photography fields and also read articles in professional publications.
