I was a sales manager, Corporate VP, manufacturing manager and college baseball coach. I have had a well rounded work life. I feel I know what people want and what its worth to them and nothing makes me happier than making people happy.
I like people and like to help them enjoy their lives. If I can do thatat an affordable price then I am happy.

Jack was very responsive for shoring up a part of my porch and did it at a price no one came come close to matching.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all. $50 per hour for the first hour then $20 per 1/2 hour after that plus materials.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was looking for a part time job when I retired for the second time. I saw an add and thought it was a good fit. I make custom furniture and do household repairs for family and friends all the time, why not expand my client base.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Last week I hung a flat screen TV. 2 garage door openers, 3 different ceiling light fixtures, repaired a sticking door, re screened a screened in porch, and installed a range hood. Nothing is common. All are important to my customers.
