The movers were 90 minutes late on June 23, but they did a good job. One bad thing, my mirror was missing in the moving and I think it's left in the wrap. NEVER use these guys. Set up a 9:00am appointment to move my condo furniture over a month in advance. Called again the day before to confirm 9:00am start,.... they confirmed. Day of the move.... nobody here at 9:00am ...or 10.... or noon...or 2pm, or EVER. They NEVER showed up at all. First said crew was running late, then the truck broke down (Even though I DIDN'T NEED A TRUCK!) , then NOTHING. They didn't return calls or texts. I had to hire an emergency moving crew for the following day. Leaders Movers were kind enough to bail me out. They said they would be there at noon the next day...they showed up promptly at noon. Jacob is a real stand up guy & helped make the final part of my move seamless. He provided me with excellent service when moving my couch. I was convinced nobody would be able to get it out of my condo and into my new apartment but he and another gentleman did it with absolute ease. They took maybe 15 minutes tops to get it down to the parking lot, into their truck, to my new apartment, and upstairs to my unit. I was incredibly impressed & very thankful.Jun 28, 2018Verified
