We are a full-service insurance agency that makes it simple for investors and tenants to cover any hazard. All tenants are required to have renter’s insurance to protect you, the landlord, and them from unforeseen events affecting their residence. They are welcome to get us proof of insurance from another agent or easily purchase through us. As an investor, it can be difficult to find landlord policies or even insurance for empty buildings. We have you covered with several carriers that can get you insured. Additionally, our insurance division does personal financial planning. We are an independent agency which provides life, annuities, auto, home, rental properties, toys and even business owners policies! Through our subsidiary, Jacan Property Services, LLC, our team of professional handymen can get your rental move-in ready quickly and cost-efficiently. They can also tackle those routine maintenance items that are difficult to get done. Pricing is simple, we have a $50 trip charge and then $50 per hour. For example, a typical room takes 3 to 4 hours to paint so the cost is $150 to $200 per room plus materials. Jon is very responsive and is on top of things. Even though COVID made things more difficult, he finds a way to take care of needed repairs and keep our tenants safe. He`s looking for the best interest of the investor (if it comes to repair cost or areas to invest in) and flexible if it comes to payment options. Financial reports are on time and money is on our account when expected. We`re very satisfied with the company and looking forward to expanding the business. Definitely would trust more properties to Jon and his company

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    No lease up, marketing, lease renewal, etc... fees! Our standard rate is only on the monthly collected rents--7 units or less is 8% and more than 8 units the fee is 6%. The maximum you will ever pay is $80 per unit.
