- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a baseline for my pricing, however I really try to work with everyone as much as possible. Payment is due the day of the photo session. I accept cash, check and paypal. If there's ever a question all you need to do is ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take the time to talk to them and get a clear understanding of what they are looking for in their photo session. I also see if they have any ideas on what location they are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught, natural light photographer. Do I think I'm perfect? Absolutely not! However, when I look a some of my first photo sessions compared to now, I think wow! I've come a long way. :)
