Rev Kalle and staff were amazing! We ended up throwing her a “curve ball” towards the end, but she hit it out the park! She is so nice and very accommodating. She was a true blessing. I HIGHLY recommend Streamlined Weddings!

I highly recommend Kalle S. El to officiate your wedding. She is a truly amazing person who wants nothing more than to make sure your day is really special. She is accompanying, helpful, kind and very considerate. I will send any of my friends who are planning to get married to her. Kalle wrote a beautiful and lighthearted ceremony script. She communicated with us in the few weeks leading up to our wedding, and worked well with a tight deadline (reached out to her 3-4 weeks before the wedding). Kalle is very punctual (a little early to get on the beach and ready). :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer boutique wedding services. Couples, like you :), that book with us are our clients, not our customers as we focus on establishing lasting relationships and great memories over a turn-style 'one size fits all' customer service. We are talking about your once in a lifetime wedding, not buying a t-shirt. Our pricing structure is reflective of the high level of attention, effort, and personalization that we put into our clients wedding services. This means that while we do not regularly offer discounts, if you have military affiliation as a servicemember, veteran, or retiree you can receive 5% off select wedding packages. Transparency and effective communication are our top priorities. As such, all pricing for services are provided in your professional proposal, after we conclude our consult call. Furthermore, we provide a list of additional fees such as: travel, accommodation, hourly add-ons, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we receive an inquiry message or the opportunity to issue an estimate here on Thumbtack. In our note to you, we will include a link to schedule a 30 minute consult call so we can get to know each other and get you a more accurate quote. During our consult, you ask us some questions, we ask you some questions and at it's conclusion we will send you an official proposal with a contract review. This streamlined approach means that you can swiftly lock in your date as we all know wedding vendors are booking faster and faster these days. Once you review the contract, sign, and make your booking fee payment we get to work-- making introductions, doing research, preparing the rough draft of your ceremony script, etc. Throughout the process, you are encouraged to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns and we are happy to address them.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Before speaking to wedding pros please know what your absolutes are, things you simply can't do without. You should know your overall budget range (I always recommend a range to live wiggle room for something or someone worthwhile that maybe a bit out of your initial budget, if you can:). You should have a few dates in mind, for your big day, in case your ideal venue/vendor is unavailable on your first date. Those are some of the most important things to think about prior to contacting a wedding professional.
