Introduction: I cater a sound academic based vocal technique approach to any style of singing that is accessible to any skill level and genre. I take aspects of classical singing and vocal jazz technique and apply it to any style of music, while maintaining a two part goal: 1. To help the student sing in a healthy way 2. To help the student find his/her own voice/sound. Hearing students develop and find their true sound!

The lessons carry a laid back vibe while still keeping a steady, focused pace. Morgen throws little bits of theory and technical details into the songs as you practice, so you almost don't even notice how much you're learning until you start rattling off knowledge without a thought. She is an excellent instructor if you want to take your skills beyond simply carrying a tune.

Morgen is a wonderful teacher because she knows how to work with each student individually, she's able to push students, but she respects their limits as well. She is tough, but patient, and willing to work with the student on any difficulty they are having in a particular area, be it for a part of song for voice or part of a song for piano. Her lessons are very easygoing and she makes the students feel comfortable while also still being able to push them to work hard and make them feel confident about the progress they make.
