- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When pricing an engagement I quote a flat rate for all services. I encourage client relationships begin with a short term low cost engagement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am endlessly curious about what motivates and inspires people and how to lead people in change. Several times a week I read industry related articles or attend webinars. I am always in the midst of one or two industry related books and I attend at least one professional development conference a year.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After many years working in Human Resources I decided to leave behind the compliance aspects of the role and focus on what I loved--inspiring people.
