There is a $100.00 service fee. The service fee will be put towards the repair, if the customer decides to repair the appliance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contacting the customer and find out the reason for the call. If the customer wants us to come out, diagnose and repair the appliance in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have three certifications. One in over all appliance repair, one in refrigeration and one in the new refrigeration R600 with lockring.
