Picked up our old wooden fencing. Made sure he got any pieces that were on the ground. Very thorough. Also very flexible as I needed to change the scheduled time. Would definitely call again for junk removal.

They were great! Came exactly when they said they would, provided a quick quote, and had the work done within an hour. Would definitely recommend and use again if I had a need for junk removal in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a price match guarantee!!!! We will beat any quote provided by a local, licensed and insured junk removal company. We also offer discounts to senior citizens, veterans, first responders, healthcare workers, landlords, property managers, and other real estate professionals! We are not cheap, but fair!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to chat about the customer's needs. I usually request a photo of the "junk"so I can give them an upfront quote! Then I like to go over pricing and explain how it works. Finally, we set up a day and time that works best for the customer!
