    Went to the Brunswick store to look into getting an upgrade for my PC, ended up buying a new one custom built that the guys did. For all that I do on PC these guys helped me by installing the best specs for my hobby. Would definitely recommend to any new computer user or someone looking for help.

    Excellent service, from beginning to end. Took the time to determine exactly what we were looking for and recommended the proper equipment and setup the network system as we discussed. Had a small issue with something that wasn't working properly after installation was complete and he took the time to figure it out so that it functioned properly. Everything works as we hoped. Would gladly use again and would recommend to others. 👍🏻

    Would not hesitate to recommend to Mac users
    I had an excellent experience, even though the team wasn't able to complete my Mac upgrade in the 24 hours that we had initially negotiated. There were good reasons for this and they were most accommodating of my needs even to the point of personally delivering my upgraded laptop to my home on the day I had to leave town. Price was reasonable and everyone was competent and courteous. Would not hesitate to recommend to other Mac users

    Norman was easy to talk to and understood our limited requirements in getting our business phone system ready for a new self-install. He communicated well and showed up as advertised. I was pleased with his knowledge, his helpfulness, his suggestions, and the quality of his work. His estimate was reasonable as was the bill. He knew what we wanted and he did it. I would use him again in a heartbeat should the need arise.

    The work was at first to diagnose why a desktop computer won't turn on; which the technician did quickly; and we needed a new computer. The technician looked up where to buy a similar model locally, which I did & returned with. Then the technician copied over the hard drive image to the new computer. I can't praise the technician enough for his helpfulness, support and going the extra mile. And WGA's charge was very reasonable. I plan to use them again; Saturday hours were great!

    I work in the IT field and have experience with computers, so when my hard drive crashed and I couldn't recover the data, I was pretty nervous that no one was going to be able to. Though the techs at WGA weren't able to get my data back, they did have an advanced recovery company they work with for situations like mine. It took about 2 weeks from the time I dropped my computer off until the time I got it back, but they recovered 100% of my data!!! I was amazed and relieved beyond belief (as I didn't have my data backed up - lesson learned). Their communication and status updates were great, and they were very professional...I would definitely recommend them to anyone with data recovery issues!

    I had many contact me, but good reviews make a big difference. This is exactly what they had. They picked up & dropped off my computer. Kept in contact through phone calls & text the whole way through. I was even able to scan a code to my iPhone to check notes & status of my computer while the techs worked on it. My computer is doing good now compared to before. And the money spent wasn't as bad as I thought , it was actually cheaper. I recommend this place!!

    I was very excited to read these wonderful reviews. With a Kindle that had its recharging port not securing the charging cord properly, I sought out a place for a possible repair. Norman from WGA replied through Thumbtack and invited me to stop by the shop. Dean greeted me and explained that someone would call me by 5p that day with a quote. I could accept or decline to have service. If I accepted, I could come back by 7p to pay for the part(s) and take the Kindle back and await for the parts to be delivered to the store. Then, I could bring the Kindle back for repair. If I didn't want the repair, I could still pick up the Kindle by 7 that night. This sounded perfect with it being 11:30a on Fri and my daughter could still use it during the weekend and even part of the following week for her required school reading. I called on Sat. 10:30a to inquire the status because I didn't receive the expected phone call the day before. Andrew was fairly condescending and egotistic in that (1) orders are first come, first served. (2) Dean had no right to offer such conditions since he's not "in charge of the bench". (3) without even looking at the Kindle, it will need a new motherboard because the recharging port is soldered to the motherboard. To just order the recharging port would require micro soldering, which he nor anyone around the area does. I explained that his tone is totally opposite of the calm, helpful, professional tone portrayed by Dean. He said that he's just trying to be honest. By his tone of being "uppidy" I believed I had no choice but to pick up the Kindle immediately because even if it was something simplier/less costly, there was no way Andrew would even admit he was wrong. Moreover, I was then believing that Andrew was more of the tone of the shop, and I was just snowballed by Dean. I believe if Andrew had the same professional tone as Dean, explained orders/quotes are first come, first served; apologize that Dean should not have made such a commitment, and let me see if I could get you a quote in a few hours, I would have left the Kindle there. I know there were at least 2 customers that WGA have lost because I also had some computer issues and was hoping to get great service as described in these reviews to get service on my computer next. I told 2 friends of mine on Fri of my hopes for this Kindle repair at this local shop, and they were anxious to hear of a positive experience to get their phone and computer evaluated for some problems. Plus, I was still taken back, that I detailed my experience with friends at the Super Bowl party of 15 adults. All agree that maybe there may have been a misunderstanding between the staff and current quoting procedures, but Andrews tone was wrong, and made it difficult to believe a review of work needed to repair the Kindle would cast some doubt in their minds. An experience that started with such excitement ended with such disappointment.

    I had a 8GB flash drive that had all of my important college class papers and projects on it. While it was plugged into my computer, I accidentally bumped the flash drive and it got bent. My computer would no longer read the flash drive. I was incredibly nervous that I had lost all of my data. Thumbtack put me into contact with several companies, and I am extremely glad I went with WGA Computer Service Center and Norman. Norman explained every detail and step of the process. He was extremely honest that they may not be able to recover my data on site, but if they couldn't they would send it off to other company that they work with. He was upfront and honest about the pricing. I was told my device would be looked at and diagnosed within the next 24 hours. I received a call less than two hours later that my device was already fixed. When I came back in, we double checked that all of my data was recovered and it was. Everything was above and beyond from the friendliness, the explanation of everything, the fairness of the price. I would highly recommend WGA to anyone with computer problems, and I will definitely be going back to them for any computer problem I have. Thank you so much WGA and Norman!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for companies or techs that offer solutions. Free estimates should be standard but also look where they service your machine is it dirty or clean. They should offer you solutions not more problems.
