Initially I clicked on the bid because the pricing seemed excellent. Looking through his website, seeing that he was a Veteran/small businessman I decided to give him a call. He was very pleasant on the phone and could get to the debris that very day, even though it wasn't a hurry for us. Mr. Cunningham called me before his arrival, which was perfectly on time I might add. We looked over what was to be taken and left behind & he set about getting it done. What I had thought wasn't very much "stuff" actually was and it made the neccessity for not 1 or 2 trips...but 3 for him! The last having to be accomplished the next morning as the place he needed to go had closed for the day. This I was very much ok with. After taking his children to school the next moring, whic I knew he ws doing and is bonus Daddy points in my book.... he again, called ahead and was right on time. The remainder of the yard debris was whisked away and he swept and scooped the areas clean! Not only would I reccommed him again, I already have more yard debris I'm piling up! The only thing I would have done differently would have been to ask him if I could have sent him a photo of my original stack of junk to be removed as his bid could have been more in line with what the needs were. And 3 trips to wherever he has to take yard debris probably wasn't in his game plan. I feel we underpaid him...for this I apologize. We believe strongly in supporting independant businesses. We WILL utilize Cunningham Cleaning again......and probably again again! He DEFINITELY went above and beyond.
