I started working with Jon-Michael about a month and a half ago. I had been eating poorly, hardly drinking any water, and was generally lost health-wise. I had a long history of different confused attempts at weight loss that left me realizing that I needed help, someone to guide me and keep me accountable. I called him when I was turned off by a local gym's pressure and dishonesty regarding their training program. From the start, he was interested in what my current habits were, what my goals were, and what I was open to learning. He was and continues to be patient, supportive, and encouraging while giving me the tools and weekly motivation to keep going, make daily small changes to feel better, do more physically, and make progress on my overall health. He has a genuine interest in helping people, and offers help regarding your daily habits (water intake, breathing), as well as nutrition and fitness counseling. Although my journey to health has only just begun, I've already noticed a difference in my body and ability, and feel nothing but optimistic and excited about the future.

I hired Joel for personal training/cardio kickboxing and have been working out with him 4 times a week, for about a month now and I can honestly say I am beyond satisfied. He is constantly changing up my workout for my physical needs, always pushes me and motivates me to where I need to be in my workout, and always flexible with my schedule. The workouts are fun and very different from being in a gym with a trainer. If you are looking for someone in the Cleveland area he is defiantly the one to go to.. Never been more happy with a trainer or myself.
Mr. Doyle is a GREAT instructor. He definitely goes Above and Beyond my expectations. He is always on time and often goes a little longer than scheduled to explain the movement until I understand. I have been working with him for a year now. I started out learning karate 2 days a week for 1 hour. After a few months, he became my Personal Trainer. We meet every Sat. am for 30-45 minutes. I look forward to my sessions with Mr. Doyle. I now attend 4-6 classes each week and work with Mr. Doyle in a private lesson. I've lost 50 lbs., toned up and gained new muscle. We add a little more to my regime every few weeks. So now I attend kickboxing and yoga at the studio as well. When I started last year, I was completely out of shape, suffering from uncontrolled diabetes(taking 2 different insulin shots, 1 at every meal) and had constant knee and shoulder pain. It was hard in the beginning, but Mr. Doyle encouraged me to keep going and to only do what I could do without injuring myself. He was very patient, but pushed me to do just a little more each class. With each class I attended, I got stronger, started losing weight and felt healthier. My Doctor took me off 1 of my insulins and the other is now only 2 times a day. The pain in my knees and shoulders went away as I built muscle. I love working with Mr. Doyle and seeing the results of the hard work we been put into it. I encourage anyone interested in getting healthier to work with Mr. Doyle. With him YOU get Results. Don't let anything hold you back from the life you dream of.
The personal training is just that, tailored to meet you at your skill level and pushes you to challenge yourself. Professional and results driven I lost 26lbs. My husband and I started training December 29th. Jfit is a weekly part of our lives... Could not have done it without him!!!!
Sensei Roger Grimes has instructed our son for the last 3 years, beginning at age 4. Roger is absolutely wonderful with young children. We highly recommend him as an instructor. He teaches the children discipline, but keeps the classes very fun and engaging at the same time.
Well I have not yet to meet Sarah, however she sounds like the nicest lady ever. She took 15 minutes of her time to talk to me about my pain and issues I'm having so she was prepared to what she would need to do to help me. Most ask you when you arrive for the appt and dock it from your time. I'm excited to meet this sweet lady and she seems knowledgeable, experienced, and kind. Fingers crossed she's good at what she does.....I have a feeling I won't be disappointed.
