- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are flat rate. I will never increase my pricing with short notice and never try to upset you. We do offer discounts for customers who have cleanings done weekly, biweekly, and monthly. Along with discounts for landlords and realtors who will be having deep cleanings frequently.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss your needs and get you booked with an appointment that fits you. I (the owner) will come to the home with one other employee for the first few times if it is a routine cleaning and once you and the employee are comfortable with one another and the work that needs done, the employee will be fulfilling your appointments solely, unless it is a 2 person job.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a stay at home mother for a year and a half after my preemie daughter came home from the hospital. We were struggling to make ends meet so I started with deep cleaning the empty rentals our landlord needed help with. Then when I was comfortable leaving my daughter, I signed up through an app cleaning service so get a few cleanings a week. Now I have many regular clients along with realtors and landlords I work with. I love cleaning and I love making things easier for other people.
