First of all, the facility is a very nice environment. The therapy rooms are very well done. I was really impressed with Rachel’s friendly demeanor. Her knowledge and technique are top notch. I made a follow up appointment before leaving. I’m looking forward to my next appointment.Feb 21, 2020Verified

Rachel is very good at her skills, I didn’t know what was going on with me but she explained me and showed me how I could help myself by teaching me stretches and educating me about what was going on with my bodyFeb 2, 2020Verified

I recently went to Rachel because my current massage practitioner is on maternity leave. Rachel is fantastic and wonderful at her job. I was very impressed and felt instantly better after my massage. I would highly recommend her and if my prior massage practitioner does not return then I found someone new.Jun 6, 2018Verified
License Type: MT - Massage Therapist (OH)
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? You receive the full 60 or 90 minutes of hands-on time. Sales tax is additional in the state of Ohio
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When working with a new customer, I have them fill out their medical information before to ensure there are no contraindications for Myofascial Release. Once the information is complete, I will go over the intake form with the customer to understand what areas are problematic and allow them to ask any questions. I perform a postural analysis to where their body naturally aligns while standing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Aside from my initial massage therapy training, I have taken numerous continuing education courses over the years. I have over 100 hours of additional continuing education in the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release approach.
