- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For HOME MEAL REPLACEMENT, average cost per plate ranges from $14-25, depending on how many portions of each recipe I prepare (minimum 20 plates). For rare small dinner parties, prices start at $100 per plate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact via email or phone, then a meet and greet to review menu samples and completed food questionnaire, schedule initial cook day, discuss deposit and container preferences
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified, United States Personal Chef Association; Serve Safe Certified. Le Cordon Bleu; L'Academie de Cuisine. I teach cooking classes and participate in national conferences as a speaker/instructor.
