please call for rates, I offer several different packages and also first time customers receive a gift of one free life coaching session. $350 value
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients come in for a free consultation that includes a fit score , weight, body fat, circumference measurements, nutrition advice (all optional)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated top of my class at the national personal training institute of Ohio and in also certified through the national academy of sports medicine. I did several internships while in school and I also continue to work with my own personal trainer.
