I am so happy I went with Protech for my computer problem. Turns out, the reason I couldn't get on the Internet was because of maleware installed on my computer. The technician took the time to explain that Norton doesn't catch most malware and even installed a free malware elimination program. They had a reasonable price and turned my project around in a day. I have a Dell Studio 15 that's 5.5 years old ... and was acting like a dinosaur ... taking forever to boot or do anything! After Cleo's magic touches, it's a gazillion times better - working like new. He replaced the hard drive with a solid state drive. Some complications ... computer died again because the fan wasn't cooling it well enough. Cleo fixed that and gave me a loaner laptop because me other machine had also died. The only thing I didn't like was the location on Central Pkwy - BUT - if you go between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm there's plenty of parking across the street.
