Rikki from Short Circuit provided an exceptional service to getting my Macbook Pro up and running again. They were very responsive and gave detailed descriptions on updates regarding the repair. Any time I had a question, they had an answer. They also fixed my computer in less than a week’s time. That’s quick. Just all around excellent communication and service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be going to them in the future.

Rikki handled my laptop issues with a quickness and ease, at a much lower price than I’d anticipated. I was kept up to date with any and all updates regarding my laptop, its issues, and its repairs; I never felt like I was left in the dark. Now my laptop looks nearly brand new and works wonderfully again, and it’s all thanks to Rikki and Short Circuit. I definitely recommend Short Circuit for anyone having computer issues.

OMG, I can't say enough about how awesome Rikki and Short Circuit is. My computer was on life support and I had no luck with someone else working on it. Short Circuit picked up the computer, did thorough diagnostics and repairs and set it back up for me in my home. It is SCREAMING FAST now after I was about to leave it for dead. Response time to texts were immediate no matter what time or day of the week. Turnaround time was incredible and they worked around my schedule. Pricing was much less than I ever expected. They are incredibly helpful, friendly and patient. They always had a positive attitude and took the time to explain things. Never tried to sell. They looked at what was best and important for what I needed. I have already raved about them to everyone I talk to. I have their business card next to the red bat phone for my next computer emergency.
