I wasn't happy with old IT Company since they never seemed to be too concerned with the urgency of my problems. I started searching around for a local company with affordable rates and when I found Short Circuit I had a good feeling right away. I called and Rikki answered with a tone of professionalism and a greeting that made me feel comfortable immediately. Rikki came to my business and as we walked through my work areas, several issues with my network were located, things I'd never known. Now I can print to all my printers from all my computers and I can see my Security Cameras from anywhere too.
