Rickki was a life saver. What’s a computer illiterate to do on a holiday weekend when your computer stops working? I called Short Circuit and Rickki got back to me immediately. My computer was picked up, repaired and given back updated so I felt like I had a new computer!! All done on Labor Day weekend. Rickki was very professional and patient with all my questions. OMG, I can't say enough about how awesome Rikki and Short Circuit is. My computer was on life support and I had no luck with someone else working on it. Short Circuit picked up the computer, did thorough diagnostics and repairs and set it back up for me in my home. It is SCREAMING FAST now after I was about to leave it for dead. Response time to texts were immediate no matter what time or day of the week. Turnaround time was incredible and they worked around my schedule. Pricing was much less than I ever expected. They are incredibly helpful, friendly and patient. They always had a positive attitude and took the time to explain things. Never tried to sell. They looked at what was best and important for what I needed. I have already raved about them to everyone I talk to. Rikki responded to my repair request very promptly and we had a quick phone conversation to discuss the issue. Rikki arrived on time and was very efficient and knowledgeable and completed a test regarding hard drive. Had to put new hard drive in and additionally recommended an update for Windows 10 (free from Microsoft) and a more efficient virus protector.
