It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. I want to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but this experience was horrible. And two weeks later I am still without a washer. I hired Angels appliance and they sent someone out the same day. He explained a part needed to be order and we provided a deposit. We never heard from him again. After repeated calls to the number provided, someone finally answered and explained that they fired the tech for stealing money. Great. And then said they would be right out the next day to complete the job and verify what part needed to be ordered. No show. More repeated phone calls and someone finally showed up three days later. I should have thrown in the towel at this point but I was weighing on having to wait for another tech, another ordered part against just letting them finish the job. I chose poorly. At last contact, they explained that they ordered the wrong part and would have to reorder. We have not received our deposit back yet and I'm hopeful that they do the right thing and give it back.
