FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing to be determined on a per diem basis per event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer decides to book Karim the next thing is to schedule a 10 min interview to get details on the project. My job as the speaker is to make the event and the event planner a success for choosing to work with me. The 10 min interview will cover the event specifics. -Event theme -Time frame for speaker to present -Location of venue -Any special audience recognition -Synopsis of the presentation that will be given -Things the speaker will need (AV requirements, microphones, etc) Once these things have been covered then a Speakers Contract outlining the particulars will be emailed to the event planner for final review. Contract will also cover all financial arrangements including deposit amount along with information for cancellations or event rescheduling. Events are not locked in until we have receipt of signed contract and deposit to secure venue date. Email will also include head shots, bio, and anything else the event planner may need to help promote the event to attendees.
