Bryant is very professional/personable. He broke down what it all meant for what I needed for my garage and laundry room and how what I wanted had to be incorporated with that. He has delivered excellent results as well as exceeded my expectations by the masses. He has definitely proven to me communication, customer service, and professionalism coupled with talent in his industry and trade and building and maintaining a relationship not only initially but through follow up as well. A company with integrity.

We could not be happier with Bryant and Capital Coatings. Our basement floor has ancient tile that needed to be covered without ripping out the old tile, as it is rock-hard secured to the cement subfloor. Several other companies told us it could not be done, despite our research that indicated that it could be done and is done regularly in older buildings. Capital Coatings knew exactly what to do, set expectations for the project, and a timeline and cost. Total professionalism. The installation was two days and the final result is better than imagined. It looks like a totally new basement!! The photos were taken within a week of each other.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Installing epoxy flooring takes years to master. It is not a simple process and can be very technical. When done correctly your floor will last 30+ years. The price for a proper install reflects that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know their needs and intended use for the area where the install will occur. Go over different options of flooring types. Educate them on the process and timeline.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 7 years of on the job training, and experience. I am osha 30 hour certified.
