Absolutely went above and beyond. Managed to fit me in for an appointment immediately, actively listened to my explanation of the problems I was looking to treat, recommended a solution and immediately treated it. They also noted when I mentioned a different issue I was having with my home, and ran across a vendor for that issue the same day and passed on my request. The other vendor was fixing my secondary home issue an hour later! This business treats their clients with family level respect. Highly recommend and will be calling on their services again! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% discount to current and ex Military. Seniors as well we understand being on a fixed income.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an appointment. Identify the pest problem. Work out a solution to solve the issues. Then give an estimate of cost. Upon acceptance of the cost we schedule the work to be done in a timely manner
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed in Ohio Kentucky and Indiana. I have to attend continuing education yearly to keep up my credits.
